Molly Wishart – July

Rising London-based artist Molly Wishart is set to release her new single “July” on Friday, 30th May. A sun-soaked, feel-good track that captures summer in full swing.

The release follows Molly’s second headline show at the iconic Troubadour, where she’s continued to build a name for herself with her warm, nostalgic, pop sound, subtly shaped by her love of jazz.

Launch”July” is all about those carefree, golden summer moments, driving with the windows down, sun on your skin, nowhere to be. It’s a light, fun pop track written for that feeling when everything slows down and life just feels a little bit sweeter. Think: lemons, dancing in the park, and singing along with your favourite people.

This marks Molly’s second release of the year, following February’s “Let Me Feel Your Love”, an 80s-inspired dance track that hinted at the more confident, playful sound she’s leaning into.

At 25 years old, Molly is a singer, songwriter, and performer. She began playing piano at the age of four, inspired by her grandad, and took the stage for her first gig when she was just 15. Since releasing her debut EP, “Feel The Groove,” in 2022, she has continued to evolve her style and grow her audience.
