The Channel R Radio Awards return for their 6th year in 2025, celebrating the best artists and music across seven electrifying categories.
This year we’ve added Best Music Video, and Best New Artist is now Best Breakthrough Artist — recognizing artists who made a major impact or reached new heights in 2025, whether through their first big hit, a viral breakout, or a career-defining comeback.
Last year’s highlights: Perrie won Best New Artist; j-hope, Gaeko & YOON MIRAE won Best Collaboration for “Neuron”; Louis Tomlinson’s LIVE won Best Album; Liam Payne’s “Teardrops” won Best Song (posthumously); Jimin was Best Solo Artist; and TOMORROW X TOGETHER won Best Group. Who will win this year? Nominate your favorite artists and music from 2025 through November 15. The top five in each category move to head-to-head voting starting November 16.

This year, Number_i and Jin lead the pack with 5 nominations each, followed by Louis Tomlinson, Travis Japan, and SB19 with 3 apiece. Jackson Wang, Lady Gaga, and Jisoo each land 2 nominations.

We’ll reveal the winners at 6pm on Saturday, December 20 (local showtimes below) during our Radio Awards Special — with heavy airplay of all winners throughout the holiday period.

Midnight Til Morning was named Best Breakthrough Artist. Louis Tomlinson took home two awards, winning Best Music Video for “Lemonade” and Best Solo Artist. V & Park Hyo Shin’s “Winter Ahead”** earned Best Collaboration. Jin also claimed two wins, with Best Album for Echo and Best Song for “Don’t Say You Love Me.”
Rounding out the winners, Number_i was crowned Best Group.
